Cancellation/Refund Policies

We are “Institute for Steel Development and Growth” hereby referred as “INSDAG”. Below mentioned conditions and policies are related to membership, technical and promotional services provided by INSDAG.

By using or accessing INSDAG Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in Cancellation and Refund Policy, and you hereby consent that you will follow our policies as mentioned.

Sale of Publication

We clearly have No Refund Policy. We do not return the amount once the publications are purchased. Kindly check the content of the publication (for any clarification, please email us at membership@insdag.com) at your end before making payment.

Subscription of Membership

We clearly have No Refund Policy. We do not return the amount once the payment towards subscription is received. Kindly check the benefits of membership subscription (for any clarification, please email us at membership@insdag.com or visit www.steel-insdag.org) at your end before making payment.

Payment towards Seminars / Webinars / Trainings

  • Request for cancellation of your booking must be received by INSDAG by no later than 3 days prior to the date of event to qualify for a full refund.
  • If you are unable to attend your course / training / webinar / seminar, you may make a delegate substitution in your place. In such cases, kindly email to us at insdag@gmail.com or ins.steel@gmail.com to do necessary actions at our end.
  • If there are not encouraging numbers of delegates / attendees in the training, event or webinar, INSDAG reserve the right to cancel the event without assigning any reason. In that case, full refund of payment will be made.
